Project
Management. In managing every project, we provide a full project schedule,
budgetary control, health and safety supervision, and procurement of goods
and services. Additionally, we arrange insurance and inspections from
Building Control.
We are fully conversant with the Health and Safety requirements including Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations.
Quality Control and Insurance. The company is fully insured, with ‘Contractors
All Risks’ Insurance. You will need to decide how your building
is to be insured. This can be done using one of the large companies (Zurich/
NHBC etc) or an Architect’s Certificate, wherein a suitable architect
will supervise the construction project and inspect at key stages, using
his own insurance to cover the building guarantee. Our preference is to
use a local, registered Architect’s Certificate which we find involves
a more thorough supervision of the construction process.
